1.Purpose of This Policy

2. Eligibility to Purchase

  • Zedax operates exclusively as a wholesale supplier.

  • Orders are accepted only from registered retailers, resellers, and business owners.

  • Business verification documents (GST, business license, or resale certificate) may be required prior to confirming an order.


3. Product Information & Availability

  • All product descriptions, images, and specifications are provided with the highest accuracy.

  • Minor variations in color, texture, or design may occur due to display or manufacturing differences.

  • Zedax reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue products at any time without prior notice.


4. Pricing & Payment Terms

  • All listed prices are wholesale prices and are exclusive of GST, shipping, and other applicable taxes.

  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice due to market fluctuations or supplier adjustments.

  • Orders will be processed only after full payment confirmation.

  • Accepted payment modes include Bank Transfer, UPI, and other approved digital methods.


5. Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)

  • Each product may have a minimum order quantity (MOQ) which must be met for successful order processing.

  • Orders below the MOQ may be rejected or subject to additional handling charges.


6. Order Processing & Dispatch

  • Orders are processed once full payment is received.

  • Dispatch typically takes 2–7 business days, depending on product availability and order size.

  • Tracking details are shared once the shipment is dispatched.

  • Zedax will not be liable for courier delays or issues beyond its control.


7. Shipping, Delivery & Damages

  • Shipping charges are calculated based on weight, volume, and destination.

  • Buyers must inspect all packages upon delivery.

  • Any damage, shortage, or mismatch must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with photo or video evidence.

  • Once handed over to the courier, Zedax is not responsible for delivery delays.


8. Returns, Replacements & Exchange Policy

  • Zedax follows a strict no-return and no-exchange policy for wholesale orders.

  • Returns are only accepted for:

    • Manufacturing defects, or

    • Wrong items received.

  • Issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with supporting proof.

  • Returned items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.

  • Upon approval, replacement or store credit will be issued at Zedax’s discretion.


9. Order Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can only be canceled before dispatch.

  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled or modified.

  • Zedax reserves the right to cancel orders due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.

  • In such cases, a full refund will be processed.


10. Warranty & Liability Disclaimer

  • Zedax will not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product usage or resale.

  • Retailers are solely responsible for pricing, marketing, and customer service for their end consumers.


11. Intellectual Property Rights

  • All logos, brand names, images, and designs displayed under Zedax are the exclusive intellectual property of Zedax.

  • Any unauthorized use, duplication, or reproduction is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.


12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

  • This Sales Policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

  • Any dispute or claim shall fall under the jurisdiction of the courts in Karnal, Haryana.
