At Zedax, we are committed to providing a smooth and reliable shopping experience. This Return & Refund Policy explains how returns and refunds are handled on our platform.

Zedax operates as an online marketplace where products are sold by independent sellers. While we aim to maintain a consistent policy across the platform, specific return and refund conditions may vary depending on the product or seller.

Customers may request a return or refund if they receive a product that is damaged, defective, incorrect, or significantly different from its description. Return requests must be initiated within 7 days from the date of delivery unless otherwise mentioned on the product page.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and in its original condition, including all packaging, tags, accessories, and invoices. Products that are used, damaged after delivery, or incomplete may not be accepted for return or refund.

Once a return request is approved, a pickup will be arranged by our logistics partner where applicable. In some cases, customers may be required to ship the product back as per the instructions provided.

After the returned product is received and successfully inspected, the refund process will be initiated. Refunds for prepaid orders will be credited to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days. For Cash on Delivery orders, customers may be required to provide bank account details to receive the refund.

Orders that are cancelled before shipment are eligible for a full refund. If the order has already been shipped, cancellation may not be possible, and customers will need to follow the return process after delivery.

Certain products may not be eligible for return or refund due to hygiene reasons, safety concerns, or seller-specific policies. These conditions will be clearly mentioned on the product page.

Zedax reserves the right to reject return or refund requests if the request does not meet the policy conditions or if any fraudulent activity is suspected.
